Supporting Suffolk's EV Future with Plug In Suffolk
Suffolk County Council's wider rollout of public EV charging is being supported by funding from the Department for Transport's Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Fund. The programme will see more than 1,000 charging sockets installed across Suffolk, supporting the county's long-term transport and sustainability ambitions. Urban Fox's retractable charge point technology plays an important role in these objectives, providing convenient on-street charging while keeping pavements clear and uncluttered when not in use.
Designed especially for residents without driveways, Urban Fox charge points sit flush with the pavement when not in use and pop up only when needed, helping to maintain the character of local streets while improving access to EV charging.
