Getting Started in 5 Simple Steps
- Download the App: Head to the App Store or Google Play and search for Urban Fox Download and install — it only takes a moment.
- Enable Location Services: When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to allow location access. Make sure you enable this — it's how the app finds chargepoints near you and gives you accurate distance information.
- Explore the Home Screen: The home screen is your command centre. Here's what you'll find our Map View - A live map showing chargepoints in your area via handy map pin. You can navigate about and create your account.
- Create Your Account (or Browse as a Guest): To start a charging session, you'll need to create an account or sign in. Registration is quick and straightforward. If you'd prefer to explore first, there's also the option to register as a guest.
- Start Charging. Once you're signed in, starting a session is easy:
- Select a nearby chargepoint from the map or list
- Choose your connector type
- Initiate the charging session with a tap of the start button
The session will continue until you either **unplug your vehicle** or **cancel the session** directly in the app. You're always in control.
